Service and permission
Create a dance with one or two adult photos you own or are authorized to process. Every person in your uploaded photos must have agreed to this AI processing. You must be at least 18. Do not upload children, public figures, intimate images or material you do not have rights to use. The selected template supplies its dance reference and music; included audio does not grant a separate music license. You retain your existing rights and allow processing solely to deliver and safeguard this service.
Results and review
AI results can change faces, motion and fine details. No specific likeness, artistic result or exclusivity is guaranteed. Inputs and outputs undergo content checks, and the video format is checked before private delivery. You are responsible for lawful sharing and identifying the video as AI-generated.
Credits and purchases
Each request reserves its displayed credits once. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Confirmed failures return the reserved credits once. Cash refunds are handled separately under the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
User breaches, responsibility and termination
Uploading photos without authorization, bypassing screening, fraud and other violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy may lead to a warning, a request to delete material, removal of content, restrictions, suspension or termination. We consider the severity, harm and available evidence; serious or urgent cases may require immediate action. You are responsible for losses caused by your breach to the extent required by applicable law.
Credits obtained through fraud or abuse may be revoked or cleared where lawful. Legitimately purchased unused credits are not automatically forfeited merely because an account is restricted; they are handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. Confirmed failed or rejected tasks restore their reserved credits once. If we terminate the service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we refund the unused purchased credits in proportion to the amount actually paid for them.
Termination stops access to the service. Existing payment obligations, refund requests and appeals, privacy duties and intellectual property obligations continue as applicable under these Terms and our policies.
