Data and purposes
We process account email, authentication sessions, authorized images, job settings, credit records and payment references to deliver the service, reconcile payments and protect accounts. Supabase handles account and private application data; Dodo Payments hosts checkout. This application does not collect card numbers or publish a media gallery.
Processors and checks
The AI generation provider receives your reference photos and generation instructions to create and check the video. Its own retention and training terms apply separately. We do not use your photos to train a model. Review the provider documentation before submitting.
Retention and removal
A local image draft may remain on this device for up to 24 hours so you can resume editing. Signing out or switching accounts clears it; consent is never saved. Application inputs expire after seven days at the latest and are removed sooner after a confirmed terminal job where possible. Finished application videos expire after 30 days. Scheduled cleanup enforces expiry; earlier removal is available through the workspace. This does not guarantee immediate deletion upstream. Financial and job records may be retained separately for disputes and legal obligations; contact support for account or access requests.
Cookies and optional analytics
Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session. Optional analytics runs only after your analytics preference permits it; you can change that preference using the footer control. Operator and privacy contact details are published on the Contact page.
Business records and anonymous page totals
We retain account, payment, refund and film records to provide these services and summarize business activity. These records do not depend on optional analytics consent. By default we aggregate page-view counts by day, public page category and source category for up to 90 days. These totals use no tracking cookie and retain no visitor identifier, raw IP, full referrer URL or advertising click ID; they are not linked to accounts or orders. Short-lived rate-limit data is used to prevent abuse, not to identify unique visitors.
Accounts, sharing and optional analytics
Films are private by default. Creating a share link lets anyone with that link view the film until you withdraw it or it expires. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled. Closing an account disables access, withdraws shares and schedules media removal. The account identity, transaction, ledger and necessary audit records remain for payment reconciliation and dispute handling. Your account page provides a personal-data export.
Optional analytics starts only with your consent. A random identifier may connect source categories with sign-ups, purchases and generation outcomes on this site. Consent lasts up to 30 days; cohort records are retained for up to 90 days. Withdrawing consent deletes that identifier’s linked records. Analytics and error reports do not collect photos, prompts, full referrer URLs, ad click identifiers or private media links. Account and task identifiers are never sent to Google Analytics. Contact forms retain the email and explanation you submit to handle your request; when enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions.
